We want every homeowner who reaches Additionallywear Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to do that and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
You are welcome to contact us about:
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps us keep the network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Additionallywear Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
